A blogger in Taoyuan, Taiwan, left a one-star negative review for a bento shop after being upset that he wasn't allowed to choose side dishes for his meal. The shop explained that the customer didn't mention wanting to choose dishes when he left to withdraw money, and when he returned, they had already prepared the bento without side dish selection. Despite accommodating the blogger's request to change the side dishes, he demanded a refund, leaving the shop owner frustrated. Other customers supported the shop for their flexibility and advised caution when leaving reviews to avoid legal consequences for defamation.
