The Legislative Yuan rejected the parliamentary reform amendment review motion with a vote of 62 to 51, as the blue and white camp's advantage did not pass. DPP caucus convener Ker Chien-ming stated that they will propose constitutional interpretation in the shortest time. Former Legislator Guo Zhengliang speculated that the blue and white camp will invite Lai Ching-te, potentially stirring controversy. Guo mentioned that after the revision was overturned, the law's normal implementation was crucial, and the blue and white side might immediately invite Lai Ching-te, causing a storm. The rejection of the Executive Yuan's revisions by the Legislative Yuan means the legislation remains the focus. Guo also questioned Lai Ching-te's accumulation of power by dismissing Premier Su Tseng-chang, revealing potential constitutional violations.
