During a legislative session, Kuomintang Legislator Wang Yu-min questioned the Executive Yuan for rejecting all clauses of the Parliamentary Powers Revision Law, asking if there was not a single clause that could be implemented. Premier Cho Jung-tai responded that due to contradictions among clauses, the Executive Yuan decided to reject the entire bill for review. This exchange occurred as Cho was called to the Legislative Yuan to report and answer questions regarding the proposed revision of parliamentary powers by the Executive Yuan.
