During a legislative review in the parliament, the Kuomintang initiated the 'Blue Eagle Action' calling for supporters to rally on the streets in opposition to the 'Bluebird Action'. However, the noise from the gathering seemed to affect the nearby Shengkung High School, prompting the school to urgently coordinate 15 classrooms for relocation. Today, Kuomintang Chairman Eric Chu personally apologized for the disruption. The noise not only impacted the campus, but previously the 'Bluebird Action' also disturbed Taipei Children's Hospital. The incident led to over 500 affected students across 15 classrooms, highlighting issues arising from political actions crossing into educational and healthcare settings.
