The Kuomintang criticized that all current judges are closely related to the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) government, with seven judges either having served as DPP National Assembly representatives or government officials. The Kuomintang demands these judges, including the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Hsu Tsung-li and others, to proactively recuse themselves to maintain objectivity and neutrality. The Kuomintang pointed out specific connections between certain judges and the DPP, raising concerns about possible bias in handling the current constitutional interpretation case.
