On June 20, 2024, in the evening, a case of death was reported in the North District of Taichung City. Residents passing through two adjacent community buildings on Ying Shi Road smelled a foul odor and upon inspection found the body of a woman lying on the ground. The body seemed to have been deceased for several days, and further investigation is needed to confirm the identity and cause of death. The woman's body was discovered in the middle passage between two adjacent buildings, sparking immediate police involvement to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
