The ongoing strike at Boeing, involving over 30,000 members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, could extend as workers advocate for substantial wage increases and the reinstatement of a defined-benefit pension plan. Union leader Jon Holden expressed confidence in the collective strength of the workers, as they prepare to negotiate with Boeing in hopes of achieving better compensation and working conditions, following a rejected initial contract offer that included a 25% pay raise over four years.
