A boss named Chen in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, was sentenced to 40 days of detention for repeatedly harassing a female live streamer under his employment through Facebook, phone calls, and LINE, even sending messages like 'Baby... I'll take care of you.' The harassment led the streamer, referred to as Xiao Fang, to seek help from a psychiatrist and stop her live streams. Despite Chen's aggressive pursuit, Xiao Fang did not reciprocate his feelings. Chen's behavior was deemed as a violation of stalking laws, prompting legal action. During the trial, evidence showed that Chen's claims of an intimate relationship with Xiao Fang were false. The court found him guilty of stalking and issued the 40-day detention sentence.
