In Tainan's Ma Dou District, Ma Shan Bridge, a 76-year-old man was reported missing after falling into the water. The fire department received the report, dispatched personnel to the scene, and utilized a drone for search and rescue. Despite the heavy rain interrupting the drone search, the man's body was later found and identified as Mr. Tsai, who suffered from dementia and had been reported missing by his family. The body was discovered on shore and handed over to the family after further investigations by the authorities.
