According to a report by CTnews, on June 24, 2024, at around 10:00 a.m., a surveyor from the Taipei City Government's Department of Land Administration was attacked by a bee swarm while conducting satellite positioning measurements on the Neigou Mountain Trail in Neihu, Taipei City. The surveyor suffered stings to the right cheek, neck, and arms, prompting a call to the Taipei City Fire Department for assistance. The injured individual was rushed to Chung Hsiao Hospital for treatment. Animal Protection personnel were also on-site to provide support. More updates will be provided by CTnews.
