On June 14, 2024, at 3:46 AM, a body of a middle-aged woman in a swollen state was discovered floating at sea outside Heping Island Park in Keelung. The Coast Guard Administration dispatched a vessel to search and retrieved the body. The woman, whose identity remains unknown as no relevant documents were found on her, was wearing a green shirt and black pants. An autopsy will be conducted to determine her identity and cause of death.
