A box truck suddenly caught fire and burned at the intersection of Fuxing Road and Zhonghe Road in Keelung City at around 3:40 pm today. Thick black smoke billowed from the scene, and the Zhongshan Fire Brigade rushed to extinguish the fire. Keelung City Councilor Shi Weizheng reported that witnesses immediately called for help, with the fortunate absence of anyone inside the vehicle, resulting in no casualties. The owner has been contacted, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
