On June 26, 2024, around 7 a.m., a car accident occurred in Tainan's East District, where a rider collided with a car and was ejected under a nearby parked vehicle, found without pulse and breath upon arrival of emergency services. The injured individual was rescued and rushed to Cheng Kung University Hospital. The driver, with a zero alcohol test result, is currently under further investigation for the cause of the accident.
