According to SET News, on the morning of June 29th in the Zhongshan District of Taipei City on Linsen North Road, a motorcyclist was struck on the arm by a 90cm steel rebar falling from the sky, causing the person and the vehicle to fall to the ground. Passersby helped report the incident and assist in getting medical help.
