Due to heavy rain, there has been a risk of landslides in mountainous areas, with falling rocks reported near 39.6 kilometers on Taiwan Provincial Highway No. 9. Motorcycles can still pass with difficulty, as scattered rocks are visible on the road and have severely damaged the nearby guardrails. Construction personnel have been dispatched to the scene, advising the public to avoid the affected section and take alternative routes.
