According to the Centers for Disease Control, a female infant under 1 year old in northern Taiwan experienced convulsions on June 4th, followed by convulsions and eyes rolling up two days later, leading to ICU admission. Testing confirmed infection of Enterovirus A10 with severe complications, but the patient's condition improved after treatment and has been discharged. The CDC urges the public, especially those with young children, to be vigilant for symptoms of severe enterovirus infections and practice preventive measures to reduce transmission risks.
