A male corpse was discovered floating under the Xinhai Bridge in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei City, with a swollen face and tattoos on both hands. Authorities received a report and quickly arrived at the scene, confirming no signs of foul play or apparent injuries. The body, estimated to be around 40 years old, was found wearing a short-sleeved shirt, dark green shorts, and with unidentifiable facial features due to severe swelling. Police have requested forensic examination, initiated a search for the unidentified victim, and temporarily placed the body at the New Taipei City Funeral Parlor.
