On June 29, 2024, at 7:10 a.m., Wu Mengting, who had just graduated from Banstone High School, appeared on the show 'Hot Idol' due to her striking appearance, having over 50,000 followers on IG. Unfortunately, she was involved in a motorcycle accident recently, resulting in a head injury, and her family confirmed her passing at 3:25 p.m. Wu Mengting's parents shared on IG that she had the accident on June 17 while practicing riding a motorcycle, and despite fighting for her life, she passed away on the 29th. Her family expressed gratitude for the support and prayers and believed she is now the most beautiful angel in another world.
