The body had tape wrapped around the mouth and nose, leading to an unknown cause of death and identity. The police investigation revealed the deceased as a 56-year-old male surnamed Chen. Chen's last appearance was captured on surveillance camera heading towards the Hwazhong Bridge from the Guangfu Bridge in Zhonghe riverside. Items found on Chen's body included cigarettes, a lighter, cash, and a Porsche keychain, indicating possible financial struggles.
