On June 19, 2024, at 7:08 pm, the cinemas in Ximending, Taipei City (Ximending Luxurious Theatre, Le Sheng Theatre), experienced a temporary power outage due to a high voltage equipment failure. Power was restored at 7:09 pm after crossover supply. However, the cinemas needed to be inspected by electrical and mechanical personnel before being fully restored. Ximending Le Sheng Cinema and Luxurious Cinema experienced a one-minute blackout on the 19th. The incident was quickly resolved by Taiwan Power Company.
