According to Taipei Power Company, a power outage occurred in the afternoons of the 13th in Taoyuan due to strong winds causing bamboo trees to touch high-voltage lines, resulting in an instant power outage near Lane 10, Section 19, Fuda Road in Zhongli District. Power was restored by 3 p.m. affecting 311 households in the area. Residents expressed inconvenience and frustration over three power outages in the afternoon. Taipei Power Company apologized for the inconvenience caused.
