An accident occurred today (19th) at the intersection of Taipei's Zhongxiao East Road, Section 5, and Zhongpo North Road, where a sand truck leaked a large amount of waste from its rear bucket for unknown reasons, causing the entire road to be impassable. The situation has yet to be resolved. Many reports indicated the road being blocked, and authorities are investigating the incident. Drivers are advised to take alternative routes as cleanup operations are underway.
