On June 10, 2024, at 2:22 AM, according to CTi News, a peculiar dinghy was discovered at the Tamsui River ferry terminal by the public on June 9. After notifying the Coast Guard Administration, it was revealed that a male Chinese national had illegally entered Taiwan from Fuzhou. The Northern Branch of the Coast Guard completed the man's record and transferred him to the local prosecutor's office for detention and investigation, with details remaining confidential.
