Senior artist Sun Peng's son, Sun An-zuo, was taken in by the police for carrying a homemade 'gas gun' at a nightclub in Xinyi District, violating the 'Control of Guns, Ammunition, and Knives Act.' Apart from his residence being searched today, Sun Peng accompanied his son to the police station for questioning and mentioned on leaving that there are still many things that need to be clarified. Sun An-zuo was found at Xinyi District nightclub with the homemade 'gas gun,' and police investigations at their home resulted in the discovery of the gun, a dagger, and suspected black powder. Sun Peng, father of Sun An-zuo, was present with his son throughout the investigation and expressed that more details will be shared after the judicial investigation is completed.
