On July 6, 2024, in Neihu District, Taipei, three workers were rushed to Tri-Service General Hospital after suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning while cleaning condenser pipes in a residential building on Ruiguang Road. The workers were believed to have started a diesel engine in a poorly ventilated space, leading to the poisoning. Fortunately, all three workers were conscious and not in life-threatening condition. Police are still investigating the exact cause of the incident.
