In Tainan's An Nan District, a 73-year-old woman was fatally struck by a right-turning truck while riding her bicycle to buy lunch. The incident occurred at the intersection of Haidian Road and Ren'an Road, resulting in the woman being rolled over by the truck and sustaining fatal head injuries. The cause of the accident and liability are still under investigation by the police.
