Bristol Myers to settle Israel anti-competition charges with $2.7 million payment

Reported 12 months ago

Bristol Myers Squibb has agreed to pay 10 million shekels ($2.7 million) to settle potential anti-competition charges in Israel over its actions blocking a generic version of the anti-cancer drug Imnovid. The case involved the refusal to provide samples for a copycat version of Imnovid, leading to delayed competition for the drug. While Bristol and Neopharm were involved, Neopharm has yet to settle and will present arguments at a hearing.
