Bruker has expressed disagreement with a U.S. District Court ruling regarding an injunction on its GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler products, following a patent infringement case with NanoString. The court upheld a jury's award of approximately $31.6 million in damages to NanoString and granted an injunction against sales of GeoMx products to new customers, while allowing continued sales to existing customers for ongoing research. Bruker plans to seek a stay of the injunction and is preparing for an appeal, maintaining that the patents in question are invalid.
