BT Group, the largest broadband provider in the UK, is exploring the possibility of introducing a low-cost mobile brand, according to the Financial Times. The company is weighing options such as creating a new brand or acquiring a mobile virtual network operator due to increasing competition from new market entrants like Revolut and Monzo. A BT spokesperson mentioned that while the company regularly reviews its offerings, there are currently no plans to alter its mobile services.
