Reported 12 months ago

Following a report from the public, the Kaohsiung City Agriculture Bureau, along with the police, recently dismantled a large bird net illegally set up by Renwu District's Guyen Temple. The net, approximately 8 meters high and 30 meters long, captured and killed several sparrows and white-eyes. Private individuals caught violating the law by setting up bird nets will be prosecuted. With an increase in bird breeding cases and illegal bird net incidents, the Bureau is actively responding to protect wildlife in danger.
