To support the country's target of achieving net zero emissions by 2050, the Business Alliance has called on Michelin-starred restaurants, wedding venues, chain restaurant groups, and others to cooperate in maintaining dining temperatures at 23°C and non-dining periods at 26°C. This initiative aims to conserve energy, provide a comfortable dining environment, and promote energy-saving behaviors in the dining industry. Additionally, a prize draw event is scheduled from July 1 to the end of September, encouraging customers to provide feedback on dining environment comfort and supporting energy-efficient businesses like Han Lai Cuisine, Wu Ma Restaurant Group, Family International Restaurant Group, and others, with the aim of collectively contributing to carbon reduction efforts and promoting a low-carbon dining culture.
