Business owners increasingly concerned about payment fraud

Reported 8 months ago

A survey conducted by regional bank KeyBank reveals that small businesses, with annual revenue of less than $10 million, are growing more worried about payment fraud. The top concerns among participants include unauthorized transactions, identity theft, malware and ransomware attacks, and phishing scams. Despite facing challenges like high overhead costs and delayed payments, 65% of small business owners feel confident in their ability to fund operating expenses for a month with cash reserves if needed.
