In Changhua, Taiwan, a bystander dining at a famous cafe suspected a scam and immediately informed police friends, leading to undercover officers swiftly arresting a scammer pretending to withdraw money from an ATM. The police ambushed the cafe, identified and surrounded the suspect, and successfully made the arrest, seizing 400,000 Taiwan dollars in cash. The victim, believing in online investment fraud, had been scammed six times and lost a total of 270,000 Taiwan dollars.
