Due to hot and dry conditions, a large wildfire has erupted in Northwestern Los Angeles, California, burning an area of 14,625 acres, surpassing the combined area of Taipei's Nan-Gang and Nei-Hu districts. Fueled by strong winds, the fire named 'Post Fire' has spread rapidly since it started in Gorman, about 60 miles from Los Angeles. As of now, only about 2% of the fire is under control, with mandatory evacuations in place for the affected areas.
