Canadian workers' union Unifor announced that its members at Bombardier will persist in their strike as they turned down what they referred to as a 'final proposal' from the company. The strike involves 1,350 workers building Bombardier's long-range Global series aircraft at Toronto's Pearson international airport facility. The union deemed the company's offer inadequate and stated that key union priorities were not met, with negotiations ongoing.
