In Chongqing, China, known for its high and low terrain, a passenger car lost control and plunged from the road into a community, hitting an innocent pedestrian passing by who fell to the ground. Video footage circulating online shows the car veering from the right side of the road to the left, speeding across a green belt before plummeting into the community with the car overturning and a man lying on the ground. The incident occurred at the intersection of Longjishan Road and Xincun Road in the Qijiang District on June 15. The injured pedestrian was sent to the hospital, and police are investigating the cause of the accident and the extent of damages.
