As Taiwan's population ages, dementia has become a significant issue for families with elderly members. To show care for dementia patients and their caregivers, Chiayi Christian Hospital and the Rui Zhi Social Welfare Foundation hosted a music concert in Chiayi, where both patients and caregivers participated in performances. The concert aimed to encourage people to step out and listen to music, highlighting the theme 'Because of love, dementia is not a hindrance - protecting memories in Chiayi.' The event featured a local women's choir and a choir from Taipei, touching the hearts of those present with moving melodies and songs related to dementia. With Taiwan's dementia population nearing 350,000, the concert not only entertained but also raised awareness and support for dementia patients and caregivers.
