Cathie Wood's Ark Investment Management has acquired a stake in xAI, Elon Musk's artificial intelligence startup, with a valuation of $24 billion. The stake, representing about 2% of the fund's holdings, follows xAI's announcement of raising $6 billion in series B funding. Ark also holds positions in OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither Ark nor xAI immediately responded to requests for comment.
