At 7:56 am on June 26, 2024, in a community on Jincheng Road, Tucheng, New Taipei City, the community director was accused by residents of frequently using his phone to watch shows and being lax in controlling personnel entry and exit. Despite the relatively low monthly management fee of around NT$50 per square meter, residents were dissatisfied with the director's behavior. The community supervisor responded that if such situations are discovered, they will provide guidance. The confrontation between the director and residents escalated as they argued over his inattentiveness and engagement in trivial tasks while on duty.
