CDK Global's dealer management software outage, caused by a cyber attack, is not expected to be resolved before the end of June. The software is essential for over 15,000 retail locations in the United States, impacting car dealerships across the country. CDK CEO stated efforts are being made to return operations to normalcy quickly, but the outage has forced dealers to resort to manual processes, affecting Volkswagen and Audi dealers the most and prompting other automakers to monitor the situation closely.
