Centrica Plc has entered into a 10-year agreement to purchase natural gas from Devon Energy Corp, securing 50,000 million British thermal units per day starting in 2028. This deal is part of Centrica's strategy to expand its global gas operations and manage price risks in liquefied natural gas by indexing to European benchmark prices. The agreement also allows Devon to tap into international markets.
