The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is actively cultivating talents within the party, focusing on training the CEOs of county and city branches and labor party branches to strengthen their effectiveness in promoting party affairs and enhance cooperation between central and local party branches. Secretary-General of the DPP Lin Yu-chang emphasized the importance of having confidence in the party's brand values and urged CEOs to affirm themselves in the face of constant labeling attacks, stating that self-recognition is essential to convincing the public. Lin highlighted the need for party members to be confident in the DPP's stance against corruption and authoritarianism and in protecting Taiwan, especially amidst attacks from opposition parties. The training program aims to equip CEOs with the necessary skills to better engage with the public and strengthen the party's connections and communication with the people.
