Frontline Management's CEO Lars Barstad expressed doubts over the assumption that commercial ships would resume sailing in the Red Sea region if a ceasefire agreement is reached between Israel and Hamas, calling it a 'naive' idea. Barstad highlighted the vulnerability of any agreement and the ongoing attacks on commercial ships by the Houthi rebels in Yemen, despite efforts to mediate a ceasefire. The attacks have led to a significant decrease in ship traffic in the Red Sea region, with some ships rerouting to avoid the area.
