On the morning of June 21, 2024, Daqian Radio reported that the Changhua County Government, in collaboration with the Yuan-Xian Xuan-Miao True Sect Foundation, held the 'Five Virtues Contact Book Text Selection Awards Ceremony and Contact Book Release Press Conference' at Huatan Junior High School on June 19. Moral education has always been a core focus of the Changhua County Government, evidenced by the Deputy County Magistrate Lin Tianfu personally presenting certificates and prizes to the award-winning teachers and citizens. To promote moral education, the Changhua County Government has designated the second week of each month as 'Moral Education Week,' developing various moral education themes. The Five Virtues Contact Books combine the moral education theme of Changhua County with the five constant virtues, aiming to instill virtues in students' daily lives. Chairman Chen Guixing of the Foundation expressed gratitude for the high-quality moral articles submitted by teachers and the public, emphasizing the importance of teachers and parents guiding students to truly embody the five constant virtues and uphold positive social values.
