In Yilan's Luodong, the 'Wang Ji Fried Rice' restaurant stirred controversy by hanging a banner outside that read 'Democratic Fried Rice, No Scallions', and introduced a 'Democratic Fried Rice Without Scallions' dish to express their dissatisfaction with legislator Huang Kuo-chang. Despite receiving negative comments online, the vendor has decided to take legal action against malicious remarks after providing evidence. The restaurant had also previously shown support for protests against legislator Huang by offering free fried rice and prominently displaying their position with a black banner outside the establishment. The situation has sparked heated discussions online.
