The dance move '16 squats' has recently become popular, with celebrities like Madonna and local artists such as Energy and Fang Wenlin trying it out. Deputy Director of Min-Sheng General Hospital in Taoyuan, Chiang Kun-chun, also attempted the 16 squats and advised people with knee injuries or those who have not trained before not to try it.
