The Chicago Cubs have made roster changes by putting pitcher Ben Brown on the 15-day injured list and activating Colten Brewer. Brown, who has a 1-3 record and 3.58 ERA in his rookie season, was known for a notable no-hit inning previously. Brewer has a 3.09 ERA this season. The Cubs will face the Tampa Bay Rays with Jameson Taillon starting. The next rotation spot for Brown is undecided.
