In Taoyuan, a child was seen playing on the roof of a 5-story building under construction without any safety measures. Concerned citizens reported the incident, leading to the construction site being fined for violating safety regulations and ordered to stop work immediately. The child was brought to the site by his grandfather, a construction worker, due to his kindergarten being closed for a stomach virus. The site failed to provide safety gear, protective measures, and proper personnel control, resulting in fines and a work stoppage.
