China's Dida Prices IPO Shares in Hong Kong at HK$6

China's ride-sharing app operator Dida has priced its shares at HK$6 each in its Hong Kong initial public offering, aiming to raise US$30 million. The Beijing-based firm sold 39.1 million shares, valuing Dida at about $770 million. Dida offers ride-sharing and car-pooling services, holding approximately 31% of the market in China. Despite being a competitor to Didi, Dida's IPO proceeds as planned in Hong Kong, with the final price set in the middle of the price range at HK$6 per share.
