Yang Lijuan, the Executive Director and CEO of Haidilao, known as the 'best server' who rose through the ranks from a waitress within 4-5 years, has resigned from her position starting July, being succeeded by Gou Yiqun. She will now lead Haidilao's overseas business subsidiary, Te Hai International, focusing on management and strategic development. Under Yang's leadership, Haidilao achieved financial success but is now focusing on business innovation and digitalization under Gou's leadership to ensure stability and growth.
